my used 2010 Escape nickels and dimes me. Bought it used,except a few things but this is ridiculous. The dealer replaced 2 shocks under warranty., but they never aligned it and now i have 2 cu Bought it used,except a few things but this is ridiculous. The dealer replaced 2 shocks under warranty., but they never aligned it and now i have 2 cupped tires.So far its been the main window switch.That was going to be 300.dollars after owning it 2 mths. The back wiper dosnt work.I had to replace the battery, it went dead. Now off to get an alignment and 2 new tires.Lost the light on dash for speedometer. Never will i ever buy a used car from them again.Everythings all good till after the sale.😞 More

I live about 35 minutes away and did not know what to do so I called the service department and Brian (I believe) told me to bring my car straight there and he would help me out. Come to find out there was a recall on my car. They put me in a rental right away and kept me updated with the progress of the work being done on my car! Everyone there was professional, polite, understanding and reassuring! They went above and beyond any Ford dealer I’ve dealt with! My car is great now! Thank you for your help! More
