A routine maintenance turned into the need to “fix” a recall that could have become a roadside problem for me!! Took my truck in on a Tuesday, I called Wednesday to see what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service what was going on. On the following Tuesday I was on hold for 45 minutes waiting for an answer, after hanging up, received a phone call from service department apologizing for the wait and then explained my truck was done! Would have liked to have seen the old parts but didn’t want to spend any more time there, waited at least 20 minutes to speak to the service person. More
