Not real happy Brought truck in for new brakes,wasn't called to say it was completed, drove by saw it was back on lot. Went in to see if it was done, it was, no paperwork, told to wait in lobby. I told them I would go wait outside. No one came to tell me paperwork was ready, after half hour I went back in and was told paperwork was with cashier. This is the second time in two weeks I have had to wait because paperwork wasn't done . The first time I was called and told it was completed but when I arrived no paperwork . Very frustrating, More

Delivery Delay The process of purchasing my vehicle was very easy but it took a full week for the car to get to me and the most frustrating part was that they ended The process of purchasing my vehicle was very easy but it took a full week for the car to get to me and the most frustrating part was that they ended up driving the car down, not using a trailer, which added close to 600 miles to the car...not happy about that at all. I do not feel this was a direct fault of my sales person, rather a Yemm Ford issue. More
