It don't get much worse, first 4 hours to replace air bags (recalled) Then noOne worte down the serial numbers on the new airbags. So now I have to return it to have the serial numbers recorded on my bags (recalled) Then noOne worte down the serial numbers on the new airbags. Gas tank recall- faided inspetion returned for replacement and told tbey had to order the new tank 2weeks later returned for instalation waited 3 hours and told they needed to order a conection from tank to car, and they would call me when the part came in (never called). I took my fore focus to check on some transmission hesitation and rear brake light is off, and the associate said we’re going to do a diagnostic and see what’s wrong. If it’s something under warranty hesitation and rear brake light is off, and the associate said we’re going to do a diagnostic and see what’s wrong. If it’s something under warranty then, we can order parts and fix it under your dealership warranty and I agreed. But he didn’t mention that there’s a $60 charge for that. They didn’t find any issues with my car which is a good thing, but they charged me $60 for diagnostics. When I asked for what’s wrong with the brake light, he said it’s not the bulb, so we have to do another diagnostic and hook it up to the computer to see where that is coming from ? Seriously? Is this how your service looks like? I never owned a Ford and first time visiting this dealership, but I definitely am never going back. More

They said they'd check my wipers, too, and tell me if I needed new ones, but they didn't tell me anything, and I think they are not working well, but that's my only complaint.
