I own a 2016 F350 that I bought from this dealership part of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they insta of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they installed the gooseneck hitch on the wiring harness and it finally shorted out everything in the back! So I have $5126.02 in a mistake I didn’t do and neither this dealership nor Line X would do anything about (Line X only Guarantees there work for 90 days as well y’all since the dealership wouldn’t even call them on my behalf was told good luck and they didn’t know why I was upset!!! Guess 5126.02 is pocket change to that manager! Well I still have 2 yrs or 28000 miles warranty with this place hopefully nothing else goes wrong with the truck cause I have zero faith in this dealership! More

This Dealership had my appointment info containing what work I needed done. One of the things was a battery. They did not have a battery f or my car and I had t o wait about 2 hours for one to be deliver work I needed done. One of the things was a battery. They did not have a battery f or my car and I had t o wait about 2 hours for one to be delivered. The first purposed price of labor for oil change, battery and windshield wipers was $80 +. The total for these three services was in access of $400.00. When I expressed my displeasure, the price was dropped to $300+. There was no car wash (I NEVER have my oil changed (second vehicle) at the GMC dealership no other service- without them including a car wash. The man at the service desk was extremely helpful in asking about costs of this visit. More

Through a recommendation from my sister who has purchased a vehicle through Ford Lincoln of Franklin, has had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at this dealership and raves about the service she receives there, I made an appointment for the much needed oil change. Service was prompt, timely, efficient and the service team very cordial, with George providing unprompted service updates to me along the way. Should I be in need of service for my Ford vehicle on any of my future trips to TN, I will not hesitate to call on this service team again. Thank you for the excellent customer service ! More
The dealership asked that I write a review. It was the WORST experience from all the dealers in my entire life. I never got anyone to answer the service phone or return my call to schedule an appt. I finally did it online but it doesn't actually show up in their schedule and the advisor wasn't anyone on the Lincoln side so not sure who I was assigned to. They weren't able to provide a loaner car as you need to book 2-3 weeks beforehand but you can't get ahold of anyone to ever do that. They don't look at your vehicle for your appt. It's just a time to drop off your car. 3 days later, I called and texted to get an update and no response. I had to drive down in my husband's car to talk to someone. I will say they are friendly when you speak to them in person. They pushed it through the following day to have a technician look at it and he "fixed" it quickly. Not even 1 day after picking up my vehicle, the warning light is back on again so nothing was fixed. I called and texted and no response. Only got 1 text asking me to rate them highly in a review. Allen is always really helpful. He arranged for me to have another person to repair my tire rim which had been bent because Ford of Franklin does not repair bent rims. Took my car to Ford of Franklin on a Saturday morning at 7:15 am to get the battery replaced. Went to the fast lane and Allen McDaniel got my car serviced and back in less than an hour and the cost was less 7:15 am to get the battery replaced.
