I scheduled my oil change & tire rotation through my Lincoln app. They picked my car up from my work, The concierge service was an amazing experience. I scheduled my oil change & tire rotation through my Lincoln app. They picked my car up from my work, left me a loaner vehicle (just in case), and delivered my car back to me. Don't waste your time! My experience post purchase has been nothing but frustrating. The service department did not return phone calls and the service associate who was assi My experience post purchase has been nothing but frustrating. The service department did not return phone calls and the service associate who was assigned to my service appointment wasn't in the office that day. I was told that my truck would be sitting at the dealership for at least two days because they wouldn't be able to look at it until then. What a complete waste of my time. More

Great Service Advisor Hunter was my Service Advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on what was happening. I will have to say that the full week Hunter was my Service Advisor and he was wonderful to work with. He kept me up to date on what was happening. I will have to say that the full week I had to wait past my appointment date for my car to even be looked at, I was not happy about. Seems they do not have enough techs or something or are over booking. More

I would say there is one area that could be improved. One day after the service I received an email with coupons that could have been used to offset some of the cost of services rendered. Of course the coupons expire before I should need service. It would have helped to get the coupons prior to service. More
