Great Service from Ford & Lincoln collision center- our car looks brand new!! Due to a broken kneecap my husband was unable to drive to the dealership & pick up our car. This is my third experience with Ford of Franklin. And this one actually exceeded my expectations. I needed to have recall work done and get the usual Works oil change and tire rotation. It was going And this one actually exceeded my expectations. I needed to have recall work done and get the usual Works oil change and tire rotation. It was going to take more than an hour or so. I was trying to figure out how my Bronco Sport there and back again plus get me to work in Nolensville. That was when they recommended their newer pick-up and delivery service. Not of me but my car so I could stay put and not have to figure all the logistics out. I was contacted by an appointment specialist. They tell you when they are on the way and when they have arrived. Contacted when it was ready. And when they would be returning it. Paid online. It was a seamless and painless process with lots of communication in different ways. Highly recommend. All parts of the system worked like they were supposed to from service to the concierge folks. It certainly means I will keep coming back for all my service needs. More
