I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ford of Franklin. I dropped off my car on 11/04 at 9 AM, and it wasn’t until the afternoon of 11/05 that I received a call regarding the issue. I had Ford of Franklin. I dropped off my car on 11/04 at 9 AM, and it wasn’t until the afternoon of 11/05 that I received a call regarding the issue. I had to repeatedly reach out to get any updates, as my service representative was consistently unresponsive and rude, refusing to return my calls. Even the service manager failed to return my calls. Furthermore, I feel that I was taken advantage of as a female customer. The quote I received for the repair was significantly higher than two other estimates from different Ford dealerships. Additionally, the diagnostic test, initially quoted at $110, ended up costing $258. I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor service, unfair pricing practices, and unresponsive staff. More

Dropped off vehicle for diagnostic testing and rented a vehicle from Enterprise for several days and no diagnostic was ran. I got a call from the service advisor to pick up the vehicle because they didn’t vehicle from Enterprise for several days and no diagnostic was ran. I got a call from the service advisor to pick up the vehicle because they didn’t find anything wrong and I wouldn’t be charged. The car was shaking during ideling when I bought it in and continued when I picked it up. I went to another Ford dealership for a 2nd diagnostic test and received a loaner while the problem was diagnosed to find out I had a transmission issue. That sounds like something to me. More

We missed the previous owner when we first chose this Ford dealership for providing the highest level of service when buying new vehicles with Ford. However, our family has enjoyed the layers of unique history that has something for everyone. We have referred so many family members, friends, coworkers and new business owners to Ford. The owner doesn’t return calls when you request his assistance of this Ford dealership with a complaint that isn’t fair with your Ford vehicle. We learn that this Ford dealership isn’t equipped to provide Customer loyalty and personal experience in making a decision of where to do your wheeling and dealing on Ford vehicles. We would like to inform you that Lauren Distephano the Customer Relations Manager of Ford of Franklin or the Owner of Ford of Franklin / Toyota of Cool Springs Carmine Grassi didn’t follow through when reaching out as of today 04/11/24 about our Ford vehicle with passionate people at this organization that first got our business many years ago. Lauren Distephano and Carmine Grassi has our return number to call, our email and welcome to text us to resolve our concerns, if they choose to take time for a family that loves the Ford brand. We are unable to purchase or mention this Ford dealership in the future due to failure of resolving our Lifetime Warranty concerns that is offer with every new vehicle purchase on the Ford brand .
