Sold truck out from under me This past Monday looked at a truck spoke to Brian the salesman filled out the credit app was called the next morning by the salesman Brian and the sal This past Monday looked at a truck spoke to Brian the salesman filled out the credit app was called the next morning by the salesman Brian and the sales manager both they told me my loans approved got my payment where I wanted it they just needed to see my car one more time in the daylight told me to be there at 5 sign the papers pick up the truck got there at 5:45 was late due to traffic coming from work in Franklin 30 miles away walked in the door and was told the truck had just sold to somebody else a man was still there filling out the paperwork my wife called the sales manager that was working at night he promised to find me another truck same miles same price 24 to 72 hours it's been 5 days haven't heard a word from anybody went and bought a brand new 2017 F-150 from a dealership in Franklin do not trust these people they sold the truck I wanted to buy because I wasn't there at 5 on nose I was 35 40 minutes late and the stupid salesman sold it to somebody else More

Rip off Went with friend to dealership. He was trying to buy an F-150. He was told by salesman the deal was done with his trade. Had him fill out a credit app Went with friend to dealership. He was trying to buy an F-150. He was told by salesman the deal was done with his trade. Had him fill out a credit application. Then another guy came out and said they couldn't do the deal it would be 2500 more. This is after he filled out a credit application. Why have someone fill a credit application out unless you are trading. Apparently they do this. So he was told one thing then they changed their mind. It's had nothing to do with credit either since his is in the 800's. Sounds like a rip off to me. Never had a dealership do me that way. So watch out if you try to buy a vehicle from them they are not honest More
