Untruthful from the 1st call to the dealership We called to see if the vehicle was available. We were told by the salesman “Mike” it was being detailed and would be ready to see the next day. We called the next day and spoke to Doug Smith he stated it was on the lot and that he was off this day but still go see the vehicle. We arrived at the dealership just in time before the sales manager using the vehicle as his personal locker room was getting ready to leave with the vehicle. If we arrived 10 minutes later the vehicle wouldn’t have been there. The vehicle WAS NOT DETAILED. It was dirty and very used by the sales manager. We loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. We were to pick it up on Monday after new tires were put on it and it would be detailed. To our disappointment it was not detailed as we would have expected it to be. It was dirty inside and the markings on the windows with X’s were never removed. Very Dissapointed with how the vehicles looked when we drove it home. More

They did say, to bring it in and talk with them if there is an issue because "the owner really wants to be able to sell again to you in the future." More
Engine replaced in my F-150 Engine replaced, had truck for 7 weeks. Did not get updates, had to call to find out. Truck was ready today (March 15), found out by calling. Service person I talked to had to call me back because she had no clue the status of my vehicle. I'm just wondering why the work that was done on vehicle before I purchased it was not reported? The owner before me had work done on truck at a dealership that their service department put some parts on wrong. Good thing these guys don't work on a NASCAR pit crew. More

Zach Bowles and Joe Mobley did an excellent job listening to the type of vehicle we were seeking and provided several options. The 2018 Lincoln MKX we purchased has a comfortable ride and many features we enjoy. Drivers seat is my favorite being so adjustable. My wife Carol and I were very satisfied with the trade we made during the transaction. The finance manager did an excellent job of explaining different warranty packages available during our purchase. Service after the sale has been excellent. Recommend you talk to Zach and Joe and the friendly staff if you are looking for a new vehicle. Good job guys. More

New 2018 Ford Explorer My visit to Ford of Columbia was for service on another vehicle. I was curious to see what they had on the lot while I waited. The first vehicle I saw My visit to Ford of Columbia was for service on another vehicle. I was curious to see what they had on the lot while I waited. The first vehicle I saw was the 2018 For Explorer that had EVERY option that I was needing in a new vehicle. I had a 2008 Explorer that I had owned for 10 years. It was still very early in the morning so I went inside the showroom to ask details about the Limited on the lot. That’s where Michael Baker asked if he could help me. He was very helpful in bringing the vehicle up to the patio for me and going over a lot of the options that my old Explorer did not have. Michael was knowledgeable on all the options and answered all my questions. After minimal paperwork I had to decide if it was time to trade. I went home and my husband and I returned that same day to finalize the paperwork for our new 2018 Ford Explorer Limited!!! Love it!! More

However, the whole experience just seemed rushed to get us out of there. I was mislead on what my payment would be but they ended up getting it to within $5 of what I was asking for per month. One salesman was very nice but he sort of disappeared. Then the first salesman picked us back up. He was very nice and helpful. His name was Barry. We received no handshake after we purchased the vehicle. Sometimes a handshake means a lot. More

I ONLY STATED FORD CREDIT. Sales person ever meant the first day they dont do much with ford credit since they changed from sloan to ford of columbia. They stated they couldnt not get me financed and i would need big down payment and solid cosigner. I called LEWISBURG LYON FORD and they had me approved in 45 mins. The car was the same to the T. Please tell me how that works. I went in last friday and got the run around until Thursday the next week. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOES NOT EITHER>>>>> More
