Made it Right! I bought a 2018 Mustang without driving it on the Interstate because the Interstate is 10 miles from the dealership. When I drove it home on the Inte I bought a 2018 Mustang without driving it on the Interstate because the Interstate is 10 miles from the dealership. When I drove it home on the Interstate I noticed it had a bad vibration over 70 mph. They had put new tires on it and thought maybe they were out of balance. Took it back 2 times and they were unable to fix it. I told Doug, the manager, I did not want the car if they could not fix it. He asked me to leave it so that the mechanics could spend some time looking for the problem. The problem was it had a bad transmission. At that point I told him I did not want the car and he needed to trade me out. Fortunately they had a 2019 Mustang and agreed to trade it out. It cost me more money, but I love the new car. I don't know how many dealerships would have done that since the 2018 was an As Is sale and they may have been able to fix it. Doug was very professional and worked with me and made it right. I think that says a lot for his integrity and the dealership. Rick, my sales rep, Devin the Service Manager and Doug are all great and I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to buy a Ford!
