Never again This dealership gives ford a bad name I own a Ford so when I have an issue my scanner isn't picking up I set an appointment at Ford of Clermont for a This dealership gives ford a bad name I own a Ford so when I have an issue my scanner isn't picking up I set an appointment at Ford of Clermont for a Dio well they told me over the phone my appointment was at 9 am on Monday I get there and they never scheduled me in then told me me truck wasn't worth it that they didn't want to get involved after I told them it had over 200,000 miles on it and I wanted to do the work my self the service guys got an attitude with me and was rude as can be I will never go to this dealership again I would rather go out of state then to go to ford of Clermont on a positive note I found someone with the ford program and it cost me less than the 90$ ford wanted to charge me and I fixed my 02 expedition let's see if I can get 300,000 out of her More

Awful Customer Service Don't get your vehicle serviced here!!! Even if I broke down right in front of the place I would get it towed somewhere else. Had an early morning appointment so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Called the next night and they "didn't have time to get to it" so they'd need to keep it an extra day. It was finally ready to be picked up a full 48 hours after drop off. Issue was not fixed so again, scheduled an early morning appointment and dropped it off the night before. SAME STORY. I called that night and they "didn't have time to get to it" again so they'd need another day. A full 48 hours later and it was still not looked at so I picked it up to be serviced somewhere else. I'm sorry but last time I checked, an appointment is an allotted time set aside for something specific. What were they doing during this time?! So sad that it happened not once but twice. We are not rich folks who have spare vehicles laying around and are severely inconvenienced by their lack of time management skills. Very, very surprised they are even still in business if this is the way they treat customers. More

My F150 issue Ron Simone was terrific and helped me in determining correctiions to my synch system. Asked for a simply diagnostic scan Made an appointment to have my f150 put on the diagnostic scan tool because it was not running correctly needed codes in computer to fix problem I am Made an appointment to have my f150 put on the diagnostic scan tool because it was not running correctly needed codes in computer to fix problem I am handy and can fix it just needed to know what to repair after paying for scan looked at receipt and no codes advisor said there was several codes but no one wrote them down tec said he could only remember one that was a total waste of money and time stay away unless you have money to waste More
