Had an appointment at 10:00am. I was there promptly on time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. With in the first hour people walked in and left within that hour. My truck never moved. Finally they took the truck and an hour later was complete. So what’s the point of making an appointment? It does no good and serves no purpose. I should have walked in just like the rest of the people. More

I had my truck there for repair. Had to take it back because the work was not done properly. I had to do without a truck for almost a week waiting for the work to be completed. I'm appalled about the customer service with Ford of Clermont and their manager Greg. I'm regretting my purchase and any dealings with them at all. Must have many complaints, if you cant even provide your GM's name. I would prefer not to even give one star. I regret not staying with Mulliax Ford of Apopka. My next letter is to the BBB. Update, now I have Greg calling me to tell me what a great and nice guy he is...WOW. More
