Amazing Customer Service in the Service Dept. I have been working on my own mustang replacing the clutch. I originally went to the dealership to see what the problem was due to a rattling noise co I have been working on my own mustang replacing the clutch. I originally went to the dealership to see what the problem was due to a rattling noise coming from the bell housing. They informed me that it was probably part of the throw out bearing that came loose and not to drive it or start it due to the damage that could happen. After they gave me the price to drop the transmission and to take a look I decided to get the parts from them and do it my self. I already had the tools required and have a good background on working on cars. After dropping the transmission my self I was able to see what the problem was and able to fix it. David Hurst was a huge help. Before I started to put the car back together I went up to the dealership to see what the specs were to torque the bolts back to since it wasn't in any manual. He went above and beyond what I originally thought they would do for me, He assisted to print out the work guide for the job that had step by step directions and had the torque information I needed for the bolts. This was a huge help and save me tons on the labor. They were very helpfully with the parts that I need to replace and what maintenance I should do while I had the transmission already down. More

Horrible Service My check engine light came on and the transmission was acting up. I had already had my car and the service department twice to fix the transmission. I My check engine light came on and the transmission was acting up. I had already had my car and the service department twice to fix the transmission. I was told the transmission have been rebuilt only to find out when I brought it in the third time that it had not been rebuilt. I got my car back a week later and the problem still is not fixed. I'm still losing about four miles to the gallon and the car is still running the same as it did before I dropped it off. I have still not had a call as to when they're going to schedule the repair to my Fender or they backed into my car I would not recommend this dealership at all. Also I left the dealership with the check engine light still on only to be told that was a catalytic converter causing the light to be on. Nobody had even bothered to call me to let me know but I had another issue that needed to be taken care of. More
Rip off First off I am disabled with bad health I need my truck to go back and forth to seven different doctors. 7 months ago all of a sudden the transmission First off I am disabled with bad health I need my truck to go back and forth to seven different doctors. 7 months ago all of a sudden the transmission wouldn't go past 3rd gear. My dad which I love so much found somebody that rebuild it. But afterwards the truck still ran the same the transmission wouldn't go past 3rd gear. So after about 3 or 4 months he got someone to tow it to the Ford dealer in Clermont to get them to put it on the computer and see what was wrong what need to be fixed. I really got my hopes up did I could get out and do something and take myself to the doctors instead of my dad having to take me everywhere. I have been cooped up a my little apartment for 7 months. I was just told today that my dad received a call from Ford of Clermont Florida. They told him that the transmission needs to be replaced even though it was already rebuilt only three months ago. My dad asked them can't they scan the sensors in the transmission.? They told him no they won't do that. They didn't act very nice, when we went there nobody smiles. They didn't want to help someone in dire need that is in bad health and disability. All they wanted to do wants to try and sell my dad a $5,000 new transmission or try to upsell him with a new vehicle. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership or mechanic shop ever in my whole life. The people that did this and said this should be ashamed. If I was to hit the lottery for millions of dollars I would never go to the dealership to buy anyting. I will boycott their dealership and mechanic shop as long as my health will allow me to live because of them I am in a even deeper depression now. Please whoever All of You Are do not take your vehicles to be worked on by the mechanics at the Ford dealership of Clermont Florida. All they want to do is make big money. They don't care about the little people. More

Never again This dealership gives ford a bad name I own a Ford so when I have an issue my scanner isn't picking up I set an appointment at Ford of Clermont for a This dealership gives ford a bad name I own a Ford so when I have an issue my scanner isn't picking up I set an appointment at Ford of Clermont for a Dio well they told me over the phone my appointment was at 9 am on Monday I get there and they never scheduled me in then told me me truck wasn't worth it that they didn't want to get involved after I told them it had over 200,000 miles on it and I wanted to do the work my self the service guys got an attitude with me and was rude as can be I will never go to this dealership again I would rather go out of state then to go to ford of Clermont on a positive note I found someone with the ford program and it cost me less than the 90$ ford wanted to charge me and I fixed my 02 expedition let's see if I can get 300,000 out of her More
Awful Customer Service Don't get your vehicle serviced here!!! Even if I broke down right in front of the place I would get it towed somewhere else. Had an early morning appointment so I dropped my vehicle off the night before. Called the next night and they "didn't have time to get to it" so they'd need to keep it an extra day. It was finally ready to be picked up a full 48 hours after drop off. Issue was not fixed so again, scheduled an early morning appointment and dropped it off the night before. SAME STORY. I called that night and they "didn't have time to get to it" again so they'd need another day. A full 48 hours later and it was still not looked at so I picked it up to be serviced somewhere else. I'm sorry but last time I checked, an appointment is an allotted time set aside for something specific. What were they doing during this time?! So sad that it happened not once but twice. We are not rich folks who have spare vehicles laying around and are severely inconvenienced by their lack of time management skills. Very, very surprised they are even still in business if this is the way they treat customers. More
