RON SIMONE FANTASTIC SERVICE ADVISER, FORD PARTS VERY SAD RON TOOK CARE OF MY 2014 FORD I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES ON MINOR PROBLEMS, THIS TME T WAS MY RADIO NOT WORKING, RON TOOK A LOOK ADVSED NEEDED NEW RON TOOK CARE OF MY 2014 FORD I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES ON MINOR PROBLEMS, THIS TME T WAS MY RADIO NOT WORKING, RON TOOK A LOOK ADVSED NEEDED NEW ONE NEEDED ON 8/2/19 HE ORDERED ONE CALLED ME TO DROP MY CAR OFF RADIO CAME IN ON 8/5/19. RADIO WAS PUT IN NOT WORKING STILL SERVICE TECH DID SEVERAL TEST AND CALLED FORD ,HE ADVISED FORD PARTS STILL NO SOUND, SEVERAL MORE CHECKS FOUND OUT NEW RADIO WAS BAD SENT BACK GOT ANOTHER NEW RADIO, PUT IT IN MY CAR ON 8/16/19 IT WORKED GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER 11 DAYS. RON ADVSED ME EVERY STEP AND I WAS INFORMED DAILY. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY T TOOK 11 DAYS FOR A RADO TO BE NSTALLED THAT WORK PUT NOT RON FAULT. I AM SATISFIED TODAY AND HOPEFULLY RADO WLL WORK FOR THE REST OF THE LIFE OF MY CAR. THANKS RON FOR KEEPNG ME INFORMED, NO THANKS TO FORD FOR SENDNG NEW PARTS THAT ARE NO GOOD. A couple of uncomfortable, not too happy experiences there. Parts department had always been great. My last visit was with Kristine my service adviser. Kristine was AWESOME!! Disappointed, Yet AGAIN Took my car into have Air Conditioning work done and an oil change. They had the car for TWO WEEKS trying to address the issue. The majority of the time was wasted due to their Air Conditioning Evacuation machine breaking not once, but twice. Also, and more distressing, all that time they had my car, they NEVER got around to doing my oil change as requested. When I asked about that the service writer looked puzzled and then admitted he just forgot about it. Great Job Clermont Ford!!! More

I had to pay Ford to tell me what’s I already knew was wrong. The part to fix it, Ford price was $ 500 more than if I were to get it from a parts store. Labor was an all day charge, for something that may take 2-3 hours the most. Not everyone is mechanical illiterate and not everyone can fork out over 2000$ for service. Not one suggestion on how to help me with the finances or a discount for being a repeat customer. More

They were incredible. There service department and Ron were excellent. Regardless of the drive Clermont Ford will be the only dealership to do any future repairs or servicing on our car. More
