The service department needs a lot of work. Their organizational skills and customer interaction is not on par with the Ford brand. They seemed bothered by having customers and it was obvious that th organizational skills and customer interaction is not on par with the Ford brand. Had an appointment at 10:00am. I was there promptly on time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. time. Scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. The guy said it would be at least an hour. I thought It would actually take about an hour total. With in the first hour people walked in and left within that hour. My truck never moved. Finally they took the truck and an hour later was complete. So what’s the point of making an appointment? It does no good and serves no purpose. I should have walked in just like the rest of the people. More
