Service advisors were very good, attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. My displeasure that caused the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is simply. Company policy of up charging for credit cards and the fact that the car wash is always broken. When the 'fast lane" was being built I was told, in and out in 30 minutes and a clean car when I leave. This is never the case. Always much longer and never a car wash. I understand the ownership hopes to be the largest Ford dealer in Central Florida but they should focus on "serbice" in a service industry before trying to be the largest. Try to be the best, that will drive your growth. More
I have over, over the months, brought my 2022 Maverick in many times as I drive over 50,000 per year. Every single time, Ford of Clermont has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and effi many times as I drive over 50,000 per year. Every single time, Ford of Clermont has gone above and beyond to make the entire process as easy and efficient as possible. Their valet service allows me to plan ahead and find another means of transportation for work while my car is picked up, serviced and delivered by their amazing staff. This is an invaluable service for me as I do not have the option of being without a way to get to work and my commute is over 160 miles per day! On top of this, their service managers such as Kristine and Yandel, are amazing people. I love the fact that they communicate via text, which allows us to interact in our time and ensure that nothing is missed. From scheduling the service to providing updates and receiving payments, they are always involved so that you can be sure things are done properly and timely. Finally, I love their video walkthroughs! Their service members will literally record a video of their findings and describe what is going on while they are servicing your vehicle. This is incredible in providing the customer with the peace of mind to know that they know what they are doing and your vehicle is functioning as needed. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and I am constantly talking about them to friends and family. Even the high-end dealerships won't provide this level of service. As long as they continue with these things, I will be a Ford of Clermont customer for life and will be purchasing all my future vehicles with them! More
Part of the works package is to inflate tires. They were never done and had to return to have them inflated. Also advised to have battery replaced.
