My service rep was polite though non communicative, every phone call, text and email had to be initiated by me, the communication after initiating was satisfied. Upon initial voicing of the complaint with my vehicle I was met was dismissive and altogether rude behavior until I had to tow the vehicle at my expense to the dealership and was consistent told what I thought was wrong was not the issue, even being told it was a battery issue, only for me to have turned out to be right aswell as needing a full transmission replacement. After a 6 week period of delay and nonsense I was finally set up the vehicle to be transported to another dealership who was actually able to get my warranty approved to do the work after the dealership here in clermont had failed twice and even managed to get my warranty voided. However before I could get my vehicle transferred to the other dealership it was held hostage over a $250 diagnostic fee that I had been told wouldn’t have to be paid. Which then required me to show up in person, which seemed a twice weekly occurrence at this point, for it to finally be released after the service manager who had promised it wouldn’t be required was reminded that she had promised as much, and then the vehicle was released to be towed to the dealership that would actually repair my vehicle. More
I like the service, but I don’t like paying an extra $23 just because I had to use my credit card. I spent over $750 dollars at your establishment. I am thinking of using another dealership/mechanic to tak just because I had to use my credit card. I spent over $750 dollars at your establishment. I am thinking of using another dealership/mechanic to take care of my vehicle; one that lets you use a credit card without charging a surcharge. I will certainly take.this into consideration for the next time I purchase a new vehicle. More
De’al and the rest of the crew in the fleet service center were amazing ! They always go above and beyond to do what ever it takes to repair my vehicle . They are always friendly and efficient. I was very disappointed. I feel as if Ford of Clermont is only concerned with my money and not my loyalty as a customer. I originally scheduled a routine oil change. A few I feel as if Ford of Clermont is only concerned with my money and not my loyalty as a customer. I originally scheduled a routine oil change. A few days prior to the oil change, I experienced a loss of oil pressure. When I took the vehicle in for the oil change, I was referred to the service department instead of the quick lane. I was told to leave the vehicle and never offered a ride home and had to make personal arrangements. Communication was poor and I finally got a text with a video from the mechanic. I waited another day to get an estimate. The work performed was not what I expected. The most disappointing part is I had purchased an expensive extended warranty through Ford when I bought the truck. It expired literally 4 days before this issue, which cost me $1,500.00. The service representative did not research the warranty and did nothing to see if there was something that could be done so close to the warranty expiring. It was if, "oh well, your $2,000 warrant expired 96 hours ago, and we're sorry. Now you owe another $1,500.00." Then, to add insult to injury, I was charged another 3% because I paid with my credit card." With all of this money I just paid Ford of Clermont, they could have at least treated me a little better. I guess they are just interested in money. More
