We had a key break off in the ignition to one of our work vans. I called and your parts department said they had the keys and they could cut them for us and we would be in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes. vans. So we brought the van out to the Service Dept and Turned it off in the service bay. The parts counterperson then cut the keys for us and then informed us that we would have to make a service appointment to come back to get them programmed. We were never informed of this beforehand. The van could not be moved and they said that it would be later in the week for our service appointment. I then said well we can't move our van and we need to continue working so can you fit us in today and they said yes and they said it would be in the afternoon. This was never . Communicated to us. Overall, the gentleman who helped me was very cocky very mouthy, and the service manager was just as cocky and mouthy when I asked her and relay the information. No one offered any apologies, and I now continue to understand why everyone gives you bad reviews for your service department and dealership in general. Had this not been an emergency we would've gone to kiss back Ford where we buy our vehicles from, and we would've genuinely been in and out in 20 minutes. As I talk to the owner of the dealership and he was prepared to take care of us. More
Ford of Clermont came to the rescue when I had problems with my F-250. While driving from Houston to Stuart, I experienced a broken serpentine belt which also damaged electrical connectors. The truck Service department was able to get me in on very short notice and without an appointment and diagnosed the multiple issues associated with the problem in short order. Unfortunately, the parts weren't available until after the weekend but once all spares were in hand the issues were corrected and I was able to pick up the truck. Special thanks go to service writer Austin Clarke who remained in communication and available throughout the process. I also can't say enough good things about Truck Center Leader Annette Rankhorn. Annette spent quite a bit of time helping me round up a rental 3/4-ton truck that allowed me to continue my trip while my truck was in the shop. I hope that I'm never in a similar situation but I will certainly call on Ford of Clermont if I ever need assistance when in central Florida. More

I have been bring my trucks to Ford of Clermont for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. The customer service, transparency, and detailed service videos are great.
