I ask about discount on oil change and was told that there were no more prices in the $25 to $ 30 anymore. The new prices is “due to everything is more expensive now…”. However, I had just received an especial discount on my phone…. including a car wash…. The car was not washed either. I had a tire rotation done which was also expensive and I had no indication that the tires had been balanced, which was included in the Special Discount. I left feeling “taken advantage of..” so I feel that I must go in well prepared because they will not help me on their own. On the other hand they were courteous and the service was fairly quick More

I even went to the dealership for an update and was told they were SO busy as the service advisor sat on his phone playing and then told me what he that was wrong with the car and asked if I wanted to go ahead and purchase $10k worth of parts and labor. I said no, I need a diagnostic report and to please keep me posted. 2 more days go by again without a response or acknowledgment. We had the car towed to another dealership that is actually capable of basic work and communication. More
