I have used Ford of Clermont for over 8 years and bought a new car here because of the great service. I have been so pleased with the professionalism exhibited during our relationship. I was surprised with a 3% add on when using a credit card. I never noticed a mention of this when I made my appointment. 2. I wish there was a map update, for my vehicle, that was available when getting service. 3. Finally, I was on time for my service. However, that evening I received a notice that I had missed my appointment. I tried to respond but the site would not allow me. More

This is the second time that i have had work done here and gotten home to find the parts that we’re supposed to be installed laying on the floor of my car. I live about 22 miles from the dealership so driving back so they can fix their mistake deserves more than “sorry for the inconvenience” I won’t trust this dealership anymore and I intend to let my friends know not to trust them either. Ford falls really short on this one - twice! More

Making the appointment required talking with a person which was fine. The Service Rep, Diego, was excellent to work with and got my service request completed as soon as possible. which was fine. 5 stars for the fleet team and the final product. They did an awesome job restoring my bumper and tire repair after an accident. My service advisor Marcela was great and tried to get me the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the managemen the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the management was also helpful. But as far as my rental was concerned, it was a complete mess. I am still waiting on a reimbursement check weeks later. It was and still is a complete headache and I have over 1300.00 on my credit card when it was sopose to be covered... They ended up finding that my vehicle needed a new motor so I ended up buying a new vehicle at the dealership but I'm still waiting on my reimbursement for the rental so I can pay off my credit card, they should cover the interest the credit card company is charging me.... More
