My service advisor Marcela was great and tried to get me the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the managemen the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the management was also helpful. But as far as my rental was concerned, it was a complete mess. I am still waiting on a reimbursement check weeks later. It was and still is a complete headache and I have over 1300.00 on my credit card when it was sopose to be covered... They ended up finding that my vehicle needed a new motor so I ended up buying a new vehicle at the dealership but I'm still waiting on my reimbursement for the rental so I can pay off my credit card, they should cover the interest the credit card company is charging me.... More

Chad Root was very helpful, otherwise we're very unhappy that Ford would not honor the "Forever Warranty" (Nationwide) that we paid $1600. for at the time we purchased our Ford Edge in 2020. Our vehicle wa that Ford would not honor the "Forever Warranty" (Nationwide) that we paid $1600. for at the time we purchased our Ford Edge in 2020. Our vehicle was within mileage/year timeline and required a torque converter (included in transmission area) of which they said that part didn't qualify under the warranty. They wanted to charge us a minimum of $5700. and we went to a reputable, local auto mechanic who took care of everything for $3900! Still a shame that we had to go elsewhere. FORD... PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT MY 'FOREVER WARRANTY' COVERS AND WHY A TORQUE CONVERTER DOESN'T QUALIFY. BETTER YET, CAN YOU PLEASE ISSUE ME A CHECK FOR THE $1600. THAT I PAID FOR A BOGUS WARRANTY?
