I am an unhappy customer and irate with the following: 1) The body shop just installed a reconditioned front right rim on my vehicle about a month ago. After my truck was serviced in the Service Department, the rim is scratched and damaged, along with the other side, which was in good condition prior to being serviced. 2) My vehicle was returned dirty with no floor mats or seat cover protecting my vehicle. I spent two hours when I got home cleaning the dirt inside my vehicle and dirty hand prints all over the hood and fender. 3) When I spoke to the Service Manager regarding the concerns above, he behaved unprofessionally. I left the service department to speak with Tom Pritchard in the body shop, and the service manager approached us, only to be rude and drive off recklessly by squeeling tires in his car at three different stop signs in the Ford lot. Is this acceptable behavior for a Service Manager? As far as body related issues, Tom Pritchard is a class act! He is willing to help in any way possible. He treats people with respect and is a true "craftsman". The "Service" Department is just the opposite. Being in the same related field, I have never seen a Service Manager act so child like. I, as a mechanic myself, strive to make a customer happy about the experience, even though they are spending hard earned money. If you get your vehicle back and it is dirty or scratched, that is a direct reflection of workmanship. Where I work the motto is to return the vehicle in as good or better condition than you got it . My experience here was unexceptable and needs to be looked into and delt with. More
Chris Bastow managed to get a new tonneau cover that cracked suddenly even after the warranty had expired. This was installed at no cost. Also, Mike Tipsword in service is very professional and accommodating. He is very good at providing information and options when I bring my truck in for service. More

We went for a recall service and the next day had a leak, it was like they were expecting us to call and Marie was very nasty, she immediately stated no matter what was now leaking it couldn't have had anyth it was like they were expecting us to call and Marie was very nasty, she immediately stated no matter what was now leaking it couldn't have had anything to do with the service the day before...yeah, right Marie! They used after factory parts that have no warranty on them because factory parts were not in stock...this is a Ford dealership but they don't have Ford parts in stock? Fishy, dishonest, unscrupulous, shady place, we will never do business with them again and will probably never buy another Ford or Mercury vehicle because of our experience there. This woman Marie is probably the nastiest piece of work I've ever come in contact with ever, she has no business working in customer service unless her job is to abuse the customers as she does that well. I would definitely recommend your service department but would probably NEVER buy a new car there. I despise "add-on stickers" which you never had before the current owners. Those in the know realize there is a 5X mark-up on these things and they are absolutely unnecessary options for today's vehicles. A total rip off of your customers (or perspective customers). I also do not like dealers' fees because they are so excessive ( up to $299 would be far more palatable). You also have a sales manager that I would also NEVER have contact with again. He is strictly old school "Car salesman?" type that gave car salesmen such a bad reputation over the years. He seems to enjoy insulting perspective customers. I would drive 50 miles to another dealership to avoid contact with him. More

I had my 2007 ford f250 in service for it not starting. mike tipsword took me out to talk to the technician aaron. They both knew what they were talking about and my truck was fixed within 48 hours. The day we went to pick up my wifes vehicle all 3 people in the service department were rude and unprofessional doesnt even begin to describe that atmosphere. one of the three problems were fixed when I asked about the other two issues we were told that The service departments tests and findings were "inconclusive". These repairs are covered under warranty......you know the extended warranty they pressure you into. We voiced our concerns to Mike who we were dealing with and he simply could not be more disinterested, after speaking with his supervisor about his attitude his supervisor stated " I'm sure he didnt mean anything by it it was just the testosterone between the two of you. How comical.........in my 40 years I have never been treated like this as a customer anywhere..............not even at WalMart. NEVER AGAIN FORD OF CLERMONT.......NEVER EVER AGAIN. I'll go to any Ford dealer in the state before I drive onto their lot. More
