The service was an oil change and safety check. The service person said I needed new brake pads and the rotors turned down. I had already been at the dealership for over two hours, so I said I woul The service person said I needed new brake pads and the rotors turned down. I had already been at the dealership for over two hours, so I said I would schedule the service. Because it took so long for a simple oil and filter change, I went to another dealership to get the work done. Interestingly enough, they said that my brakes and rotors were fine. They brought me into the service shop and showed me the brakes and rotors with the gages. I could also easily see that the brakes had less than half wear and the rotors - they told me are fine. I will NEVER go back to Ford of Clermont. Either Clermont ford has a scheme for unneeded work or they are incompetent. More
