The service itself went ok (fixed windshield washer issue, regular maintenance), but the Customer Service was not so great. When I explained the washer issue to the advisor, I was told it is usually ro issue, regular maintenance), but the Customer Service was not so great. When I explained the washer issue to the advisor, I was told it is usually rodent damage and I would probably have to pay. When I told him I keep the truck in a garage and have never seen a rodent, he said that is because they only come out at night! Ok, so now that I have been put down by the advisor I proceeded to wait. In a reasonable amount of time I saw my truck come out and be parked near where I was waiting—no call from the advisor. After 45 minutes or so, I went inside and asked. I was told that my advisor was at lunch and I would have to wait. Great. Fortunately, the attentive service manager noticed and got me taken care of promptly. Thank you. A couple of other customer service notes: I was told that they would wash my vehicle—they didn’t. Then as I drove away all of my seat, mirror, and AC settings had been changed. Just to drive from the garage out to the parking lot? So inconvenient. And that evening I discovered that they turned off my automatic lights also. I was driving with no lights on. They put me in a dangerous situation. More
