The Quick lane was excellent! While I was waiting I walked over to the service department to get some information on a TSB and ask about a few concerns on my truck and was blown o While I was waiting I walked over to the service department to get some information on a TSB and ask about a few concerns on my truck and was blown off by three different employees inside the service building. Not sure how many more times I will come to this dealer. Something always happens, this time my appt was at 10 and my car didn't go back till 12. I set an appointment to have my vehicle checked, after my previous recall appointment caused issues driving back home. I wanted to make sure if it was anything stemming from the appointment.
