Didn't feel like they cared about fact we have one car and couldn't leave it overnight because they ordered the wrong part . The service and value for the "Sunday Special" was great, the exception being the longer-than-expected time it took for them to get to my vehicle, which I had made an online appointment for 10 AM... they did the exception being the longer-than-expected time it took for them to get to my vehicle, which I had made an online appointment for 10 AM... they didn't start on mine til 11:37. And I acknowledged that I was waiting in the lobby for this service. I assumed that having a 10 AM appointment time would get my service started sooner than 11:37, which was more like the time I figured it'd be done.
