Dropped my truck off on a Sunday with a loss of power issue, and a check engine light. Communications about the repair through out the week from the service advisor weren't very good. Asked him multiple issue, and a check engine light. Communications about the repair through out the week from the service advisor weren't very good. Asked him multiple times to call me to discuss repairs and he never did. The initial video that was sent to me immediately went straight to upselling spark plugs and cabin filters rather than discussing the main issue. When a text was received about quoted repairs, the quote wasn't attached. When I showed up Friday to pick up the vehicle, the same issue happened as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot after the truck being at the facility for a week. They did take the truck back into the shop immediately, and the technician admitted they didn't complete the repair properly. They corrected the issue and I finally got on my way a couple hours later. Overall the lack of communication throughout the week and the fact that the vehicle broke as soon as I picked it up is why I can only give this visit 2 stars. More
