Service seems to have been adequate; however, when I made the appointment, they mentioned they would be able to give me a ride home, but once I arrived and had already handed over my vehicle they informed me the appointment, they mentioned they would be able to give me a ride home, but once I arrived and had already handed over my vehicle they informed me that I wasn’t getting enough work done to warrant a ride, so I had to wait 2.5 hours at the dealership. The dealership is currently under construction and it was an annoying inconvenience. More

My oil dipstick was broken when car was returned. Wasn’t put back in and must have slammed hood on it bc when I opened hood to work on engine dipstick was broken and stuck in the engine. Funny cause it didn’t need to be messed with since it was a recall for an airbag but you guys love to up sell by doing look over on car. Thanks now I gotta pay outta pocket for something you broke.
