I took my vehicle to the Quick Lane in Clermont for new tires and a new battery for my 2020 F-150. Although the communication with me was satisfactory during the transaction, when I came to pick the vehic tires and a new battery for my 2020 F-150. Although the communication with me was satisfactory during the transaction, when I came to pick the vehicle up, it was on a "test drive", so I waited for it to return. Once it returned, I drove away from the service center, but when I turned on to Highway 50 and accelerated, my truck began vibrating uncontrollably. It was clear something was wrong with the balancing. I returned, explained the situation, and the truck was taken in for evaluation. Apparently, the balancing was incorrect so it was corrected. I drove away and the truck seemed to be fine. My biggest concern was the comment concerning the "test drive". If anybody had taken the truck to a speed above 20MPH, it would have been clearly evident that there was a problem. My assessment: No test drive of any consequence was accomplished. A test drive in the parking lot is not a proper test drive. This wasted my time and, more importantly, calls into question the ability of the service center to do what they say they will do. At this point, I believe I will look elsewhere for future service, nor will I recommend Quick Lane to any of my friends. I do not blame the service consultant, but I question the veracity of the service technician. More

So grateful to have had my truck serviced at Ford of Clermont. I have had some bad experiences with a dealership in the area so was nervous about coming to another dealership service center. He communicated frequently and clearly. The guys that worked on my truck sent me videos. Jalin helped coordinate travel and also was patient and spoke honestly about service needed, nice to have and transparency in what was happening with my truck. Could recommend this dealership more. I had batteries replaced in my truck . Once completed my truck was not running properly. In limp mode. It was brought back inside the shop and they couldn’t fix. I was told it’s my problem now and basically got into an argument with David (shop manager) needless to say I was ask to leave. David was very in professional and an xxxxxxx. Took the truck back the next day to the dealership service department not quick service and within 20 minutes they reprogrammed my truck and everything was back to normal. I was also told to take my piece of xxxx Chevrolet to the Chevy dealer being this is a ford dealership. More
