Ill start out I was not a big fan of Ford of Clermont, I had issues from the sales- to the body shop in the past. Not justy one instance but several attempts. With that Mullinax Ford was my go to. I found out Ford of Clermont was under new Ownership By Gator Ford (Had a great experience from them in the past) So I figured id give it a try. You can clearly see they are making big changes, There are still some friendly faces there and they cleaned out the bad apples. Nelson Merced handled my sale very professional from ordering, delivery, setting up apps and features after the sale he reached out to make sure things were perfect. You can clearly see big changes. Thank You Mike and Nelson and there staff for a great experience. More

They suck. Honestly. Led me on for two years. I went in back in 2022 for recall work, fixed part of it. Then told me camera was on back order. I checked several Honestly. Led me on for two years. Brought car in and was told I missed the window. Their lack of professionalism is astounding. I will never buy another car from them. They are the worst. More
