I had an appointment at 10:30am for an Oil Change. I did not get my car back until 12:15 pm - an hour and 45 minutes!!! I was told I needed a brake fluid change. I just had that done in Jan 2025 so I did not get my car back until 12:15 pm - an hour and 45 minutes!!! I was told I needed a brake fluid change. I just had that done in Jan 2025 so I took my car back to the dealership that did the brake fluid change and they showed me where the fluid is completely clear. As car wash and vacuum are advertised everywhere in the lobby I asked if my car would get a wash and vacuum. The rep asked "do you want it?", which I thought was weird as it is advertised everywhere. I stated yes, I would like the wash and vacuum. When the car was returned to me I could see that it had been rinsed as there where water droplets dried on the hood, but the bird poop on the side of my car was still there and it had not been vacuumed. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything else with my car or to purchase a new one. More
