Scotty is a great service advisor and has helped greatly. My vehicle isn’t fixed yet but Scotty has been helpful in the process by continuing to take my vehicle back and provide a rental. When Scotty is off My vehicle isn’t fixed yet but Scotty has been helpful in the process by continuing to take my vehicle back and provide a rental. When Scotty is off and I call the dealership the rest of the team doesn’t seem to know anything about what’s going on with my vehicle and told me a manager would call me after I requested and I never received a call. I wish other team members would be more helpful when Scotty is off but when Scotty is in office he’s been nothing but helpful throughout the process and I hope Ford can fix my vehicle issues ASAP as it’s been awhile.
