5 stars for the fleet team and the final product. They did an awesome job restoring my bumper and tire repair after an accident. My service advisor Marcela was great and tried to get me the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the managemen the information on the vehicle in a timely manner. The service department worked hard to try and get my vehicle back in a timely manner the management was also helpful. But as far as my rental was concerned, it was a complete mess. I am still waiting on a reimbursement check weeks later. It was and still is a complete headache and I have over 1300.00 on my credit card when it was sopose to be covered... They ended up finding that my vehicle needed a new motor so I ended up buying a new vehicle at the dealership but I'm still waiting on my reimbursement for the rental so I can pay off my credit card, they should cover the interest the credit card company is charging me.... The guys at the dealership hooked me up with my new used truck at a fair price and i was in and out of there in 30 minutes.
