RON SIMONE FANTASTIC SERVICE ADVISER, FORD PARTS VERY SAD RON TOOK CARE OF MY 2014 FORD I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES ON MINOR PROBLEMS, THIS TME T WAS MY RADIO NOT WORKING, RON TOOK A LOOK ADVSED NEEDED NEW RON TOOK CARE OF MY 2014 FORD I HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES ON MINOR PROBLEMS, THIS TME T WAS MY RADIO NOT WORKING, RON TOOK A LOOK ADVSED NEEDED NEW ONE NEEDED ON 8/2/19 HE ORDERED ONE CALLED ME TO DROP MY CAR OFF RADIO CAME IN ON 8/5/19. RADIO WAS PUT IN NOT WORKING STILL SERVICE TECH DID SEVERAL TEST AND CALLED FORD ,HE ADVISED FORD PARTS STILL NO SOUND, SEVERAL MORE CHECKS FOUND OUT NEW RADIO WAS BAD SENT BACK GOT ANOTHER NEW RADIO, PUT IT IN MY CAR ON 8/16/19 IT WORKED GOT MY CAR BACK AFTER 11 DAYS. RON ADVSED ME EVERY STEP AND I WAS INFORMED DAILY. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY T TOOK 11 DAYS FOR A RADO TO BE NSTALLED THAT WORK PUT NOT RON FAULT. I AM SATISFIED TODAY AND HOPEFULLY RADO WLL WORK FOR THE REST OF THE LIFE OF MY CAR. THANKS RON FOR KEEPNG ME INFORMED, NO THANKS TO FORD FOR SENDNG NEW PARTS THAT ARE NO GOOD. RON ALSO OFFERED ME FREE OF CHARGE A LOANER CAR WHCH TURNED DOWN CAUSE T WAS NOT A GT 350. THANKS RON More

The sales rep, Johnny McGivern is a great guy to deal with. He is very personable and makes the client feel very comfortable through the entire process. He made it fun and has continued to work with me even after the purchase in getting a few things done. I also had an experience with Tim in service. I had a second row console installed and Tim as well was very professional and friendly, working with me to get the project to completion. Though it took a couple of days to get the project completed I was provided a courtesy vehicle to use while mine was in for the service. Good experience all around and will definitely refer anyone looking for a purchase and/or service to Ford of Clermont. More
