I have used Ford of Clermont for over 8 years and bought a new car here because of the great service. I have been so pleased with the professionalism exhibited during our relationship. I was surprised with a 3% add on when using a credit card. I never noticed a mention of this when I made my appointment. 2. I wish there was a map update, for my vehicle, that was available when getting service. 3. Finally, I was on time for my service. I brought my car in for a tire check. I was told there was a nail too close to the sidewall and therefore couldn’t be repaired. After being notified a week or so later to return for the replacement, I made an appointment for the new tire to be mounted. Once I got there for my appointment, my advisor said he wanted to go take a look at the tire. Once he did, he told me they would have to order the tire. I asked why because it was already ordered and was told it was a 16 and I needed a 17. Then I was informed all my tires should be replaced due to wear and at the very least I needed to replace the rear tires. He said it wasn’t good to just replace one. I begrudgingly agreed and we went back inside for the price of the job and was quoted a higher price. I told him I wasn’t happy that I hadn’t been told by the mechanic that originally did the work that all my tires needed replacing and I questioned the price. I was told I had to take a picture of the quote and send it to him. I left the dealership feeling the advisor was taking advantage of me and it felt very underhanded. I sent the picture and received a phone call telling me the second price was higher because it was for a more expensive tire and not what was currently on my car. There had never been any discussion of using a different tire. All service on my Cmax has been done at a Ford Dealership and now, after this experience, I doubt I’ll be back. I’m very unhappy and still need my tire repaired! More

This is the second time that i have had work done here and gotten home to find the parts that we’re supposed to be installed laying on the floor of my car. I live about 22 miles from the dealership so dri and gotten home to find the parts that we’re supposed to be installed laying on the floor of my car. I live about 22 miles from the dealership so driving back so they can fix their mistake deserves more than “sorry for the inconvenience” I won’t trust this dealership anymore and I intend to let my friends know not to trust them either. Ford falls really short on this one - twice! More
