As part of their warranty policy, Ford Motor Company does require proof of purchase in order to process battery warranties. With that said, our customer’s experiences are always our highest priority, which sometimes requires a bit of flexibility. Please contact our parts manager Robert Dickey and he would be happy to arrange getting your battery exchanged.

My son went by there. He did find the original receipt and Mr Dickey was kind enough to refund him his money on the battery. I appreciate him doing this. We should not have had to make a second trip but I will say they made it right. Thank you for doing this.
