Vehicle was used as a fleet truck and was being rented out as a loaner to one of their customers having their truck fixed. Salesperson didn't get back with me but I was fine with it I could have emailed t out as a loaner to one of their customers having their truck fixed. I decided it was too far to go to pick up the vehicle, and apparently they didn't like my offer for them to ship it to me for free and have some type of warranty to ensure I wasn't buying junk. More

My vehicle broke down on my way to Florida 1/16/09. I was towed to the dealership at 6am. The shop opened at 7am. The temperature was zero. There were already customers all over the place. I apologized was towed to the dealership at 6am. The shop opened at 7am. The temperature was zero. There were already customers all over the place. I apologized and stated my problem. Immediately, Jack the service manager, handed my keys to a mechanic. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly--I needed a new starter. They checked their inventory and found they didn't have one. Jack called an outside supplier and found one. The dealer didn't deliver til 8am, and it was a little after 7:30. He sent the mechanic over to the supplier to get the starter. It was installed and I was on the road to Florida by 8:30. Never have I had this kind of service at a dealership and I have owned more than 27 new vehicles from a large number of dealers. More
