When I walked into the dealership I was sold a car under false pretenses. After having my car a year I went in for a transmission problem ( yes 1year old and 6,000 miles on a 2011 lincoln mkx) and upon leav false pretenses. After having my car a year I went in for a transmission problem ( yes 1year old and 6,000 miles on a 2011 lincoln mkx) and upon leaving i realized my radio wasnt working so i proceeded to ask the general manager to see if he can turn ir on and he got very irate and nasty saying that i had to bring in my car the next day. I asked him to please help me and he got into my face screaming nose to nose with me while i was holding nmy 18 month old daughter who then started to cry because she was scared. I am a tiny woman that is 25 years old. NO WAY TO BE TREATED! More

Lincoln Navigator power running boards intermitently fail to deploy since I took delivery in Aug. 2002. It's been in for repair numerous times and still is not fixed. This dangerous problem caused me to fall to deploy since I took delivery in Aug. 2002. It's been in for repair numerous times and still is not fixed. This dangerous problem caused me to fall while exiting vehicle and fracture my spine. Service manager told me that there is a bulletin and a fix is in the works. It was supposed to be ready 1st quarter 2004. They still can't fix the vehicle. This is just one of many problems. The overall quality the vehicle and the dealer service department is very poor. More
