jim and chris try really hard to keep thing professional and easy for the customer. I have been dealing with these 2 gentlemen for the service of my lease Lincolns over the years. they know i have a bad di and easy for the customer. Cocky attitude. Initially reserved new Bronco. Called dealer and they stated they would be selling car at MSRP. Perfect, metro area, I get it. Time comes to place the order and now it’s 5k up on top of t dealer and they stated they would be selling car at MSRP. Perfect, metro area, I get it. Time comes to place the order and now it’s 5k up on top of the car not coming for at least a year. I’ve owned numerous Fords . The Bronco is in no way a limited production vehicle.
