I had a great time at Ford Country because everybody was so respectful and helpful. My sales person was Rudy Garcia and he is the best. Since I had no clue what cars and parts are, he helped me put in my or so respectful and helpful. My sales person was Rudy Garcia and he is the best. Since I had no clue what cars and parts are, he helped me put in my order for the Bronco. He also took his time explaining why certain accessories are important or not according to my needs/ wants. From start to finish, he has been with me. When it was time to purchase the vehicle, the wait time wasn't bad at all. Rudy kept me informed every step of the way, which was very reassuring. He also showed me how to sync app with my Bronco, how to use steering wheel controls and the technology that came with the lux package. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Rudy also made sure I'll be taken cared of later for my car maintenance. The prices they offered aren't bad at all. I give Ford Country 11/10 :) More

I was shown a car that I liked. The sales price was accurate, and I wasn’t overcharged. The salesperson, and finance were very nice to me. Also, very helpful with the whole buying process. Oil change was good but took over 1.5Hours. There is a Oil change was good but took over 1.5 Hours. There is a recall on my f150 seat belt. If you’re looking for a new Ford 100% go to Ford Country! I’ve never been to a dealer that actually felt like they were for the customer until going here. My salesman was Robert L. And I couldn’t have asked I’ve never been to a dealer that actually felt like they were for the customer until going here. My salesman was Robert L. And I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, he was full of information and constantly treated me with kindness. I did have some issues that were of no fault to the dealership, but Robert went above and beyond to make things right. Even after the sale he still calls to see how things are! So if you want a dealership that actually works for you then do yourself a favor and see Robert L. at Ford Country! You won’t be disappointed! More
