However, the service technicians need to spend some more time on Quality Assurance. On this visit, the access to the Highlander's jack storage compartment was left open, and it looked like something was missing, causing me to return to the dealer to verify all the parts were in fact still there. On a previous service visit which involved replacing a fuel vapor recirc valve, after 20 miles the Check Engine light returned, necessitating a return to the dealer so the technician could properly re-seat the wire to the valve. A few moments spent on a final check would go a long way to improving the quality of the service experience. More
