We had been looking for cars for MONTHS and had dealt with every pushy car salesmen that you could imagine. As soon as we drove up we knew that Fontana Nissan was different. There was no car salesman standing around outside waiting for someone to drive in and attack and when they did greet us it was to see if they could page someone for us or if we had an appointment. They then found someone that could help us which was Aleksa. She is AMAZING! Her motto to us is that if we aren't 100% happy then we shouldn't buy the car. She wasn't pushy and she was more than willing to show us everything we wanted to look at and would run around the lot making sure we saw everything. She was very knoweldgeable and answered all of our questions and took care of any concerns. While we were waiting to get through our financing she made sure we were comfortable, brought us soda/water, and made the experience really enjoyable. We spent a little more than what we were expecing and when we expressed this concern they offered to give us free window tinting, a key fob at employee pricing, and our first oil change free. This was the first time we walked away from a dealership feeling happy and feeling like we were making the right decision. Thank you Fontana Nissan and thank you Aleksa for a pleasureable experience.
