I was very apprehensive, cautious and unconfortable about purchasinga a car through a dealer (since my other purchase was through an autoexpert service) however, when I walked into this dealership I was more purchasinga a car through a dealer (since my other purchase was through an autoexpert service) however, when I walked into this dealership I was more at ease. I think the first night I met everyone who worked there. I was very impressed with the knowledge Albert had about the vehicles on the lot and the patience he had with me. What really made me happy was that he showed me a car that was not in the open lot but back in the service area, which turned out to be the vehicle I eventually purchased. My second visit to the dealer impressed me even more with the friendliness and courtesiness of everybody I encountered there. I think I got an excellent price for my car at a great interest rate. The icing on the car for me was that I wanted a "big red bow" to put on the car when I presented it to my daughter and Albert got me a "big red bow!!" :-).
