Once I decided the car that I wanted which was a 370z I started searching around and the place where I found the best deal was here in Fontana Nissan. I made a call and got in contact with Phil Jimenez. He helped me out a lot and walked me through the steps. There was a few documents going back and forth over night but that was it. Phil was always there when I had a question. He even gave me his personal phone just in case he was not working that day which I used. A few weeks later the deal was completed and the car was shipped to me for an excellent price. I am very happy with my experience with Fontana and I recommend it to everyone looking for a Nissan. They do have the lowest prices. More

We would meet one salesman, then we were handed off to one person after another. We felt like an some sort of desirable object. Even if I wanted to talk to the first person I met, someone would dart over like a bad spy and listen to our conversation. It was as if the person "higher in the food chain" was going to earn the commission and was they making sure the person we wanted to deal would not. From the first hand shake with Syed Haider at Fontana Nissan it was the most pleasant experience. My family felt as if he listened to us, finding out exactly what our needs were, then worked hard to met them. No matter how many times we changed our minds on a model, or requested finiacial details on each of them, he was patient and gentle spirted. He was a perfect "HOST"! We felt we were treated with the upmost kindness and respect. Up to this point the Nissan dealership in Temecula had impressed me with their professionalism. When I bought my first Sentra in 1990, they treated me as if I had bought the most expensive car on the lot. Every single encounter had the same result. It was unbelievabe. The bar had been set high because of their amazing ability to value thier customers. Not until I met Syed Haider did I believe that this experince could be matched, much less beat. With that said, we are here to tell you that dispite these challenging times in the Automotive Business, Syed Haider has raised the bar. He brought his incredible ability to listen, really hear and then actually provide what was requested to our experience! Because of his contrubution, we experienced minimual amount stress and much more fun. We knew that we could trust him, and the dealership. We were not dissapointed.
