Ended up at Fontana Nissan after my wife and I walked away from a deal at another dealership. We were short on time and 80 miles from home. We bought one of the two Altimas she innitially showed us. Celeste is very knowledgable about Nissan products and explains options, features, and sprecifications in a clear easily understood fashion. We were treated with respect and fairness thoughout the buying process and we left in a quality used car feeling like we got a great deal. Celeste was not overbearing or pushy, a pleasure to be around and my wife and I will definately recommend her and Fontana Nissan to friends. During the process of purchasing my Nissan Leaf, Fontana Nissan was with me all the way. I selected them as a dealer due to their excellent price on the Leaf and the positive experience of other Leaf buyer Nissan was with me all the way. When my car finally arrived it had damaged paint (not their fault). They alerted me ahead of time so I didn't have to drive all the way over to look at it. I refused delivery on that particular car and they arranged a replacement in less than a week. When I arrived to take delivery they took over 2 hours showing me all the stuff about operating the Leaf. Very honest and up front the whole time. Highly recommended! More

I visited Fontana Nissan to make the regular service for my car, funny story is i had been trying to trade my car in for a different one at different car dealers and everyone was giving me crazy loans and a my car, funny story is i had been trying to trade my car in for a different one at different car dealers and everyone was giving me crazy loans and asking for alot of down payment. After dealing with all these auto dealers i gave up and decided just to keep my car and thats when i took the car in for service, as it was being serviced i went to look at the cars just to waste time and thats when Hamid approched me and my wife and asked if we had any questions or wanted to see a car from the inside, i was like great here come the sales guy, even thou i felt that way Hamid was very nice and respectful when i told him we were just wasting time as our car was being serviced, he then saw we kept looking at cars with an interest and he came back and said if we needed any help after all, that's when i told him my experience at other dealers and my situation financially and with credit. He then said that they were big sales going on and that with my situation that Fontana Nissan would be able to help us, he showed me cars in my price range, and we test drove them. After we sat down and in no time they showed me the numbers and i was amazed at how low they were. I was really happy with Hamid because at first he respected our desicion and didn't keep insisting, hes way of being with you is really good, i recommend him to anyone and Fontana Nissan for your next car.
