When buying a car, many barriers seem to arise with no warning. Coming to Fontana Nissan, sure worry began to emerge for my family and I, but Berenice made all that go away. The whole Fontana Nissan, actu warning. Coming to Fontana Nissan, sure worry began to emerge for my family and I, but Berenice made all that go away. The whole Fontana Nissan, actually, but she stood out the most. Her caring personality and understanding made this go smoothly. I explained my needs of what I was looking for in a car, and she took it from there. She began laying out cars and explaining one thoroughly as each one began to roll out. She never got tired of our indecisiveness and reassured us that it was okay due to the significant commitment to buying a car. Numbers and paperwork seemed to be an abyss when coming to cars, but she explained everything patiently and remained calm even with all my questions. She never made me feel like I was being irritating. If everyone in business settings had her charisma and personality, the world would be a better place.
