SCAM! !! This place is untrustworthy!!!! I spoke with the manager Jose on a Tuesday and arranged a test drive and purchase of a specific vehicle for the f !! This place is untrustworthy!!!! I spoke with the manager Jose on a Tuesday and arranged a test drive and purchase of a specific vehicle for the following Saturday. I asked Jose to send me the Carfax on the car and he sent me a link to the dealership with the specific car information but never sent it. I informed him I would be driving in from San Diego, 2 hours away w a little one, and wanted to ensure that the car would be ready, had a clean bill of health, and a salesperson would be available to sell me the car. Saturday rolls around and I show up to the dealership. The dealership was unorganized, they did not have the car ready and after 45 minutes of me arriving I was informed that the car was not available for sale because it had damage due to it being in an accident. They tried to tell me that the person that made my appointment was new And should have disclosed the proper information to me. I reminded them that it was the manager who made my appointment and informed them that I had also called and spoken to that manager on Friday to touch base on the sell of the car and to get specific information on who to write the down payment check for. I asked why this information was never disclosed to me during the several conversations I had with the manager, reservation person over the phone, the salesperson I was contacted by the morning of etc. Etc. he couldn't answer any of my questions & The manager never presented himself to speak to me in person. Goes without saying I will never purchase a car from this dealership nor will I ever suggest anyone I know to purchase a car from this dealership! More

They sold me a lemon, bald tires I had to replace the following day after purchasing, missing safety belts, bad shocks and struts and a burning smell coming from the Ac. I asked for a loaner so they can repair the issues, one guy said yes but the GM said no, I have to pay for a rental and they wont fix the car unless I sign saying I wont hold them liable for any other issues. I put a down payment of $3,000 on the car 1 week ago, had to drop close to $1,000 the following day because the tires were bald and now they want me to pay for a rental. I bought a truck from Fontana Motors Direct recently. The truck had a small chip in the windshield that I noticed when I was test driving it. As part of our agreement, they said they would fix the chip before they delivered the truck to me. It was written in the contract. The truck arrived, and almost immediately, I realized they did not fix the chip in the windshield as promised. I immediately contacted our sales person and Caleb. He told me they did fix the chip. I assured him they did not. I knew either he was lying or the windshield repair people lied to him, but it definitely wasn’t fixed. He said he would talk to his manager and get back to me within 2 days. I waited four days and still had not heard from Caleb, I called the dealership two different times asking for him to try to remedy the problem and of course he was not available. After the second call, I asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to somebody named Jose. I explained the issue and he looked in their system, and said that there was no invoice for a fixed windshield on my truck…. Of course not, because they didn’t fix it. He said he would contact the windshield repair people they work with to try to set up an appointment to have it done and get back to me. It has now been a week and a half and I still haven’t heard anything from them… so buyer beware. They will make promises to sell you a car, but will not honor those promises and will then lie to you and blow you off. Completely unethical and lacking integrity. More

I will never buy a car from them again sold me xxxx up car first day headlight was out told and they told me to take it the dealer y we have warranty it wasnt cover had to pay 450 and they want refund me car first day headlight was out told and they told me to take it the dealer y we have warranty it wasnt cover had to pay 450 and they want refund me back then a week later I started having electrical problems well it took them almost 2 months to fix it Because they was playing games on wat time I should be there and I was coming from Oceanside ca so now I have to take them to court to get it my money back I don’t recommend nobody buying a car from them More
