I’m sorry I can’t sum up my experience in 25 words. But I will tell you it was one of my most wonderful times getting a car. I went on the internet to look and was contacted by a young woman named Katrina. S will tell you it was one of my most wonderful times getting a car. I went on the internet to look and was contacted by a young woman named Katrina. She is nothing like the hurricane . She was professional, listened to my desires and found me the car that was just right. This didn’t happen right away , it took a few days. In the mean time I continued my search at other dealerships. But Katrina did not give up.it was never a hassle, the finance dept was also great. And with the corona virus being still active Katrina actually delivered my car to me from Fontana to La Quinta. I was blown away! I only have positive things to say about the Fontana Mazda Dealership. And if your lucky enough to keep Katrina , you would be doing well. Thank you for this positive experience.
