I would never wanna go back to them worst dealership no transparency not ethical. They hide the carfax report .They don’t value customers they want sales only not what the customer is shopping for.. This was my first purchase l didn’t know how to go about l asked them guide me through the process and details.. The Sales person even didn’t knew the car had accident or they just don’t want to show ?they just want to sell the vehicle . I was asked to sign documents without me not reading it what this is about the FC should have at least explained me on the important part of the documents he just told me sign here sign their continues thorough the entire document was being signed . They do have the return policy section where he made me sign it’s says no return policy . Not that l told the manager l didn’t want the warranty they charged me for the warranty l specifically said no warranty and no gap charge . Iam so upset .lam still working with them now they cannot do anything regarding what had happened beacause l signed the contract. I would never wanna go back to them. I went to them though the website but l think l made l wrong choice seeing the star rate. More
