Experienced a bait and switch situation when I bought a new RAV4. My out the door price increased by nearly $1400 from the time I received my final quote from my salesman to the time I met with the financ new RAV4. My out the door price increased by nearly $1400 from the time I received my final quote from my salesman to the time I met with the finance guy, despite turning down every option offer. It took me nearly three months of effort to get the extra charges rescinded. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership! More

I scheduled an oil change appointment in response to a coupon from FLT offering the service for 29.95.
