I had an 11 o’clock appointment and didn’t get checked in with an advisor till 1230.. I went in for a fifth of July special oil change and then I didn’t get out until 3:30.. it took 4 1/2 hours for me to get with an advisor till 1230.. I went in for a fifth of July special oil change and then I didn’t get out until 3:30.. it took 4 1/2 hours for me to get a oil change and my maintenance needed message didn’t get reset. I’m not going to drive across town to have it done because I’m 30 miles away from the dealership. I need to have other things done to my car, but I’ll go to someplace closer after that long wait. More
